For those wondering about fitment, this seat will work on 2006+/Gen 2+ bikes. It won't work on 2005 or earlier Gen 1s.

Your dealer is wrong, your memory is right, and you likely have a blown low beam bulb....unless you've fiddled with wiring. You might replace both H4s as they tend to go out around the same time.

Really hard to guess from a picture that isn't of the actual oil source. It's going to require inspection, looking for obvious sources of the leak, wiping off oil, etc. I agree that it's more likely an obvious thing like a loose oil filter, plug, or cap and would start there.

The bike must have fallen down and gone boom. Sounds about right if it's the headlight assembly studs...although I've never heard of all four popping without it being a very obvious collision. Headlight assemblies are not cheap. Assuming it's the assembly you can go check yourself at online...

Other than valve checks and rebuilding suspensions, I do all my on work on the FJR. And that's one of the big reasons I first started on the forum--the body of knowledge and tips to do those things. So, three hours and 17 hours seems crazy to me these days...I'd do it myself.
