handle bar positioning pins

Hi all,

Just was wondering if anyone has tried to pull one of the positioning pins on your bars to rotate them back to relieve the shoulder and back strain while riding long distances? I know about the heli bars and other products available to us but I just need the bars rotated back about 1/2". I thought I better ask before I start yanking on the pins. Thanks.

Thanks for the info on moving the handle bars which I have already done but I was thinking about removing one of the pins from the clip on and using the other pin to rotate the bar back to lessen the reach. Thanks again.

 
Thanks a ton. The info was just what I was looking for and it also explains that there is alot more movement than I thought. Thanks again and I will try to pull the pins tonight. Be safe. Later
