New Year's Eve on Whiskey Row in Prescott! Party like it's 1899! Don and Donna are booked at The Prescottonian for New Year's Eve! 1-800-224-6835 www.hotels.com is running a two day special rates pricing deal that ends tomorrow, we got our room with king bed for only $75.70 total.

https://classytaxi.net We are going to use Classic Taxi 1-928-277-4416 to transport us to and from Whiskey Row, Owner Walt uses a 1956 Checker Cab; WAY COOL!

Nice try Don, but as anyone can see, that is definitely a '62 Checker. Easily mistaken for the '76 Checker but a discerning eye can easily tell them apart

Mad Marky Mark, Walt owns a fleet of Checkers; 1958 on the left and 1962 on the right, he will be driving Donna and I on New Year's Eve in the 1956!

Call me stupid by why did you choose year 1899; do we not party hard enough these days? As survivors of the 1960's and '70's I imagine many of us don't party has hard as we used to.

Either you missed my point or you made my point. Not sure.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Checker_Motors_Corporation Bokerfork, I knew exactly what you were talking about: Checker NEVER changed! Go to this link and check out the 1982 Checker: The last year of production, exactly the same as the 1958 and 1962 in my photo above. Just for grins and giggles I went to Hemmings Automotive and Classic Auto Trader, you cannot buy a Checker Cab now for less than $8K! jes' sayin' and nuff said!

Damn, $8K?

I always wanted one just so I could "experience" the back seat. Not only could you through a party back there, the third date with your new girl would be accommodated as well.

Maybe in my next life.

Mark
