Sure it does. Their site says anything over $100 is shipped free! For $20 apparently.

Wow, I just ordered a set from them not terribly long ago. They were $20.00 more expensive. Good thing they have free shipping for $20.00. I'd almost feel cheated.

It does mention "Additional Shipping Charge for this item" in the add...but they are throwing in the shirt.

& I never got my shirt. & I called back about it, too. Still no t-shirt. Don't hold your breath waiting for it or you may die. I wouldn'r be doing anything but advertising for them, anyway.

It's still under $200 for the set of tires...not a bad deal.

I need to grab a set of these. Even with $20 free shipping it's a great deal. I got one of their free shirts a while ago when they blew out FJR Factory top boxes for $199, don't stress out too much about not getting one. The fabric is too thin to wear, but it did work well to clean up after an oil change...
