I'm a recent owner of a new (to me) 2006 AE. The bake came with bar rises installed. I wanted to try moving them out a little bit. I took off the cover over the handle bar adjustment and found 2 bolts. Do I loosen both?

2 thoughts here:
1) I don't think they move "out". Not if "out" means wider. Unless your bar risers are in fact the Heli-Bar bridge or the MV Motoradd.
2) Please, please do a Google search for this forum for a full set of detailed instructions on handlebar adjustment. The proper way to do this search is outlined in some of the stuff you agreed to read when you joined this forum.
