I checked part numbers and all stock seats from 2010-2014 have the same last 9 digits. However, for the 2013 and 2014 seats, the first three characters are1 MC where as the first three characters for 2010-2012 are 3PG. So will a 2012 seat fit on a 2013 or 2014 FJR?

I had my RDLs for my '13 built on 2006 seat pans. They're identical.

Same fit, not the same seat. The Gen II have softer padding - my butt told me they were different on the first ride - went form an '06 to '14.

Maybe, but then again 8-year-old foam may just be a little stiffer than when it was fresh from the factory.
