Identify this connector

My new to me FJR came with two mystery knobs on the left side by the hazard switch. I got in there today and discovered that they weren't hooked up to anything at all.

Any idea what these go to? I yanked them out becaue the pots no longer have their stops, but I'd be open to putting a new set in if they go to something desirable.

Probably was for heated gear. Impossible to say for sure unless you have the connectors.

That thing with the heatshrink pulled back is the connector.

It looks a lot like the PS2 connector used for mice and keyboards, but maybe has an extra pin or two?

Hmm, I'm 99% sure these are Gerbing controllers. Looks like I have some shopping to do!

Gerbing uses a coax connector like this.

Could be a starcom or other intercoms. I just installed one this weekend and the connections sounds like yours.

Yeah, my guess would be that is a Remote Volume control for a Starcom1 Advance intercom that has been removed from its case and installed in your dash panel. Or someone's home made version of the same.

I was thinking the same thing as Fred.

If it's a vol control then it would have a 3.5 audio plug. But it could be home made. When I was installing mine this weekend I was surprised that it was a different connector than the rest.
