Seems as though I read this somewhere and I've done several searches but haven't come up with anything. I'm trying to determine if most or all of the seats (rider and pillion) will interchange. The prefix part of the seat numbers are different. 3P6 (06-12) vs 1MC (13-14), with the central number, 24710 , being the same. Does anyone know? I'm trying to find a complete seat to use while mine are gone to Russell.

 
Obviously I need to sharpen my search skills. I had not run across the 'comparison matrix'. A lot of info there, many thanks.

Suggestion: Add a row to indicate seat type, similar to what is done for mirrors, brakes, etc. The matrix doesn't specifically address seat type other than the comment, "G2/G3 adjustable seat incompatible with G1" at the end of the seat height row.
