2015 Ride for Miracles - 48 states, 21 days

I've been intending to share the progress of the ride sooner, but I haven't had a chance.

We are 12 days and 20 states into the ride. We've had great weather aside from a very rainy day in Southern Colorado and some rain after lunch today in Montana. Will share some more soon. Until then check out the ride blog site at rideformiracles.com.

My 2013 FJR that I bought with 1,000 miles on April 3rd now has 7k mi.

Well I do work for Aflac, so indirectly they paid for the motorcycle.

Aflac did donate $10k to the ride in honor of 2 employees that are on the ride, myself included. ALL expenses of the ride; gas, hotels, meals, etc., are paid by the riders. Every penny that is donated goes directly to Children's Miracle Network for equipment for our NICU/PICU.

I just noticed that in the selfie pic, there is a dead bug on my forehead. LOL
