Hi Everybody, Just a message to let you know that Backfire #59 will be this Wednesday October 21st 2015 4pm. As usual the participating locations are : Shelter Lounge , NW Peaks Brewery/ The Bergschrund , Hilliards Beer and Peddler Brewing Company . Please be sure to show some support to our newest addition ( Peddlers) https://www.peddlerbrewing.com/ as they are across the street from Hilliard's giant Parking lot and have a great outdoor hang out area. Another new neighbor The Stash Pot Shop is across the street from Shelter and is planning to have live music inside for each Backfire to come. So drop by The Stash and say High to our new neighbor. A couple of new parking developments this year were : Parking on The Dirt Exchange's gravel Road is approved by them. Parking in Hilliards Giant Parking lot facing the outdoor drinking area is approved. Parking in The stash's Parking lot is approved. As usual Curb Jumpers sliders will be at Hilliards and Beez Neez Gourmet Sausages will be at The Bergschrund ( formerly the 2bit).

In other news we are proud to announce that our Backfire Moto shirts will be available at Triumph of Seattle towards the end of this month. After eight years and hundreds of requests to have our shirts available at some place other than the monthly event we hope this will help with satisfying this need. A big Thanks to Garret and the guys at Triumph of Seattle for working with us !

I went to the opener this year. Yesterday at 4:00. I showed up at about 5:00. I would guess there were a couple hundred bikes there. That intersection has grown up a lot since I first moved here in 1979. It used to be just one tavern then.

I think the next one is April 20th.
