This is a placeholder for a jaunt to Death Valley to sniff the (hopefully abundant) wildflowers. More details to come.

Take a look at the videos of the rain damage a week or so ago in DV: https://www.facebook.com/DeathValleyNP If they get the roads repaired, the wildflowers should be fantastic!

Rode thru DV about 3 weeks ago..........Trona to the 190, and found a section of road washed out. Probably a couple miles of sand and gravel and let me tell you it wasn't pretty on the FJR. Nearly pitched on my head at the start, then fish tail around in the sand and for a grand finale hit a short but brutal section of washboard. I'm thinking if they get the big rains for the flowers the place will be a MC nightmare unless you're running the dual sports.

We'll wait until we get closer and play it by ear as things unveil... with the promise of a possible killer wildflower bloom, I might just be willing to get down there via cage if I must to see it...

Sounds interesting. If we are not frozen in in Feb it would be a nice winter break.

If we are frozen in it might be a possible cage trip.

Stanley-Monkhouse Clan is booked for Miss Ty's Event, bringing the Bimmer M3 Convertible if the roads are clear or taking the Jeep Liberty 4X4 if they're storm damaged.

Do you Death Valley Daze Veterans remember when John Max "johnny80s - Welcome from San Diego" jacked off the cow here! Ty, I hope you invited the Goombah WOP!
