SE Ohio 2016 Ramblings and Shennanigans

Home safe n sound. Deb and I had a great weekend! Meeting new folks is always fun and reuniting old friendships of course is so so special.

The highlight of the trip was again the people. although, those straight flat boring roads were pretty entertaining..at least for me!... Deb? Well, my rib poking's may tell another story. hehe

On the way home; we did hit some hail, sleet and snow. Reminded me of my snowmobile riding, where as I was using my left index finger to "windshield wipe" my helmet lens of the snow and slush.

Here's a brief recap of us "Northern-In" riders. I planned a non-slab route that included some WPA favs like Rte 666, and of course some nice visuals.

Here I had a laugh at how tough a time it was form some to get through a child-like barrier railing. I just stepped up and over in 1.05 seconds (I was timed) lmao, camera was prob jiggling tho at Mikey's attempt at slicing between? wtf?...



Just south of the Allegheny reservoir; 3 Kanadians and 2 Amerks



Debbie puts up with me (or it the other way around?) hmmm









Our breaks are always amusing



Friday Deb and I split away from the posse, we headed up to Iron Pony Motorsports. She found her ride, and it's not even purple?...



Saturday was a route planned for HillBilly Hot Dogs, I wanted to wait for Rick (Pura Vida) to attend, so we waited till today...



Debbies' doing her usual.... shopping!



Tim (madmudder) couldn't wait in line for the normal restroom... (like anything is "normal" here! lol)



I think Guy from Triple D has been down here 3 times to film. How kewl would that be to be here on a day he films! mingya kewl!

And... so did myself! ...but since I did the Homewrecker last year?... I was exempt! So, a taco salad hit the spot for me.

Thanks to all who attended and had fun on these straight, flat and boring roads. Our parking lot parties were limited to Thurs & Fri nites, Sat was pushed inside due to the weather. I think there was enough alcohol floating around and nobody really cared... [noting] we were VERY loud in the lounge area.... and, another story in itself!... I would not want to be one of those guest trying to check in (shouting FYB's were being amplified throughout the entire reception and lounge area. We may have to do some sweet talking to get in there next year

I saw him split a Homewrecker last time he was there (some things cannot be unseen), so I vouch for him. Probably still hasn't worked off those calories, so a salad was prob'ly a wise choice!

Hated the fact the Justin & I had to split right as you all were arriving, so we could beat the weather home. too many other prior commitments got in the way of me being able to attend the full weekend, but anytime you all head this way again, give me a heads up! This is my backyard and all....

I was bowing to the Master (YOU!) lol.

Yeah GPS route home, changed a tad knowing the cold and rain was ahead (I didn't plan on snow, sleet and hail however!).

I got my version, sorry I skipped it. I tried to condense my RR so it wasn't 10 miles long like most of my RR's. There's an inside joke to this Applebee's thing between Tim & Debbie....
