Red Lodge Steak Dinner - Saturday Night June 25th, 2016 - List of Eaters Added

The final arrangements for our Saturday Night Steak Dinner are complete.

The Red Lodge Lions Club will be providing our Saturday Night meal, at the Chateau Rouge.

The menu is as follows:

Tossed Green Salad and Dressing

12-16 oz New York Strip

Large Baked Potato with Butter and/or Sour Cream

Mixed Vegetables

Ice Cream

One can of Soda Pop

Price $25

If you would like to partake of the three Pony Kegs of Craft Beer available at the Chateau before, during and after dinner the charge will be $6. I think, based upon last years participation in the drinking, that this $6 will be sufficient to cover the cost of the kegs, if not I'll ask for additional donations from the Kanadians

Payment will be in advance via Pay Pal (preferred) or by personal check (not preferred - but reluctantly accepted from those without a PayPal account).

I must receive payment, or at least know that "The Check is in the mail" by June 15th to provide the Lions Club with a firm # of steaks to procure!

So; once you send your PayPal or your Check please post a comment in this thread.

It also helps a great deal if in your PayPal or on your check you include your "Screen Name" so I can cross check the lists. Additionally, if you are not staying at the Chateau Rouge please post that in this thread so I can ensure you have Eating Utensils plates and cups etc as those staying at the Chateau will be using the equipment from their rooms.

Thanks for your cooperation, sorry this took so long to get finalized but the Lions Club needed to receive a firm commitment on the Beef Price to give me a quote.

If you want to eat steak and Drink Beer - Paypal me $31

Include your FJRForum screen name with your payment either as a note to your PayPal GIFT payment or with your check.

If you are not staying at the Chateau Rouge - and don't want to eat with your fingers - Let me know!

Finally please post in this thread that you have paid - so I can cross reference the lists
