Hayden Peak

Rode up the mtn today and went on a 5 hour hike to Hayden Peak (8250ft). Duchess sat this one out as she's had recurring issues with her legs. When I got back to the bike there was a note that said someone knocked over your bike & here's the lic.# of the truck. I checked with the park ranger & they left there name & number, not too much damage some scratches & a broken mirror stem. So I'll call em later & see. In this pic u can see where I went (a lot of antennae up there).

Just talked to the guy so the info was legit. Told him that the broken mirror & scratched parts would be about 1,000 bucks. But just pay me $130 for the mirror & compensate me for the scratches. I settled for his $250 offer. Supposed to me him at starbucks tomorrow afternoon.

Sheesh...

Well the meeting went smooth got the cash & apologies. Freekin hot today so I didn't want coffee anyway!

Mirror reattached today with a bolt & locknut, cost less than a buck!
