The number of Pirates out number the Oysters. Similar to Issaquah Salmon Days where the people outnumber the fish.

I usually take a thermos and visit the smoky pt. northbound rest area for an hour or so in the am and watch the bikes pass through, and then go elsewhere.

I used to ride my Royal Enfield just so I could park With VME bunch and watch the show. If It's a hot sunny day the pirate ladies like to put their finest on display. JSNS. Hubba Hubba.
