Don't know that I'd call that the high road.

But it was definitely the appropriate one.

 
The flip of the phone was awesome, as the douche at least knew where it went.

It wasays nice that he chased the guy down and returned the wallet despite the finger wave etc. In this day in age, with so many douche bags carrying pistols I'm not sure I'd have done the phone flip.

Looks like the UK, so very little chance of him having a firearm.
