MoonShine Lunch Run The trip

Left for moon shine the Monday before the event. Wanted to explore some of old RT 66.

Found out what the heck Devil's rope Was.



That would be Barbed Wire. Guess the old cowboys down Texas way, didn't care much for it.

Came across a cool motorcycle museum in Oklahoma, wish it had been open.



I like old period gas stations.

like the welcome center in Baxter Springs, KS.



Also the bridge on rt 66 was one way but still working.

After all these years.



From here made my way to DEvil's Elbow, MO.



Then on to Moonshine

After getting over fed, it is a RTE after all.

Headed back to Tucson.

Stopped by to visit an old friend on the way.




Got home just in time to rescue my Granddaughter.

Just saw a report today that said Devil's Elbow is pretty much gone. Glad you had a good ride!
