SEOR 2018 Hotel reservation issue

I just got off the phone with Amber from the Best Western Plus, in Marietta. They have gone through a management change and changed their booking software.

Please call the hotel directly to make sure that you have a reservation ASAP

Just got off the phone with the front desk. All is good. They did change some booking software. ( or something like that. ). Fella said everyone who has called is in the system.

I have a printed email receipt. Hope that is good enough. Did they loose the bookings?

Dave, that's why I asked that everyone call the hotel, to make sure that all is good with your reservation.

I called today and talked to Amber. I told her that I was with the SEOR group. Reserved a double room for Thurs. Fri and Sat. nights no problem.

See everyone in a couple of weeks.
