Good afternoon

I send my wheels for a tire change last friday.

I reinstall the front one without problem, but the rear is tight when i reach the torque recommended.

My ABS housing is correctly place.

Is it possible they overtight the wheel when they balanced it, and break the bearings?.

Thanks.

More likely that it is not assembled correctly. You should be able to tell if the bearings are free to move before installing the wheel.

There is a washer that has to be in the correct place on the right side. A number of people have put it in the wrong place.

Part 21 in the attached parts fiche.

Its quite easy to misplace the spacer, part #10 in the schematic

above, while the wheel is removed.

Any chance it didnt get reinstalled?

No clue, but the needle bearing was seized and must be change and it was dry (no lub).

I clean , lub and put it back together.

The roller bearing was good.

Tuesday i will order all the bearings,s,eals wheel collar ect
