What rack is this?

This is installed on my new-to-me '08 AE. Curious to find out who makes/made it. I couldn't find one like it when searching the Googles.

When looking at the welds, I'd say it was home-made.

Oh, and no idea where that rack came from. Maybe Garauld is on to something.

Umm... yeah. I did notice that they were a little rough...

Maybe I'll pull it off and get a Givi mount for it.
