My wife and I both ride 04 FJRs....

I am sure that my wife's has the dreaded "Tick"

We bought both bikes used, and have no experience with area yamaha dealers.

Anyone have any good feedback on dealers in the Richmond, Va area?

Bob, the closest dealer that I know of that has done a tick repair is in Elizabeth City, NC. I'm in need of a repair, myself. Going to try with my local dealer here in Norfolk. Short of going out of state, this is my only choice. I'll be watching this thread in case there is someone who pipes up.

So, there IS more women in VA that ride Feej's. Good to hear. Maybe we'll be meeting up sometime,

Just as I figured... nobody around here w/ ticking issues. Just poor ol' us!
