A woman comes to a doctor. All in bruises, swollen and beaten up.
[Doctor]: O my god, what happened?
[Woman]: Doctor, I don't know what to, my husband beats me all the time. He gets aggressive almost every day, drunk or not. For no reason at all. I'm totally exhausted.
[D]: I think I know what could help.
[W]: Really? O, please help me, help me!
[D]: What you have to do is to prepare yourself a cup of Chamomile tea just before he comes back. And when he comes back just take a sip of tea and wash your mouth with it like you were to clean your teeth. And just keep on doing that.
[W]: OK... I'll give it a try
A week later the same woman comes back to the doctor all blooming and happy, no signs oh domestic violence, she looks at least 10 years younger.
[W]: Doctor, doctor, I don't know how to thank you. What you told me worked wonders! WONDERS!!!
[D]: My dear, I'm glad it worked out but the truth is I did nothing special. All YOU had to do was to shut up.
