Artist point open on Baker

Just thought I would let folks know. Still snow, Heather lake is under a couple of feet across the middle. Took a putt up that way to ride Mosquito lake road and found out at the store at the N. end of the road that the Pt. had been opened just this last weekend so got my yearly fix. Talking to a local person and Mosquito lake road has had 2 motorcycle fatalities this year. It is not a boogie road in my opinion, it is pretty and relaxing but has some off-camber spots and some decreasing radius turns along with a 90-degree elbow thrown in for grins. Those that have been there know, but if your a first timer take it easy.

One of the very few roads around here where you can see where are going in your rear view mirror.
