I saw a post somewhere about (I searched but could not find it again) the TBS base setting being different at altitude. From memory I recall the post saying that at 5000' it should be 205 (maybe?) instead of 250 at sea level. Well here I am at 9000' and I am wondering how the math on this works. Anyone??

BTW the bike has been running fine at altitude.

@9000 feet typical pressure = 543 mm Hg

250 / 760 = 0.33

543 x 0.33 = 179 mm Hg

An equivalent vacuum at 9000 feet might be 179 mm Hg.

You should be concerned with balancing the four throttle body vacuums and not too concerned about the actual values.

Now that I have done my first TBS I see what you mean. You cant really set them, only balance them. All leveled out at about 190 up here.

How it was before the sync.

I also checked my TPS settings and came up with 17 and 103. Cant think that It would have drifted so much after only 600 miles so you have to think that they are being set this way.
