Fork Oil

I have a friend in Boise, Idaho I am going to meet up with next week and he asked if my service manual tells how to change the fork oil. It seems to require removal of the forks. Could someone help clarify the procedure for changing fluid in the forks. His FJR is either a 2003 or 2004.

Thanks Warchild. I have seen that site and since it included replacing the springs I wanted to make sure that was not an simplier method to just change the oil. My other bikes had drain screws at the bottom and could be filled from the top and did not require completely removing the forks just to drain and refill the fluid. I am sure my friend, Brent can do this, but he won't be happy.
