I have not had time to read it but I will. With no disrespect to the author or the magazine, I felt that the title was a bit misleading. Folks from other parts of the country are probably not aware of this but it's not really Cajun way up North in Shreveport, Louisiana. Anyone north of Interstate 10 is considered a Yankee. I-10 is almost like the Mason Dixon Line to us.

Once north of I-10 the coffee gets weaker (almost like Texas coffee), the accent changes, and the food loses its flavor. I hear they even serve white gravy over biscuits up there!

I will admit that for just a moment when I saw the title on the cover I got my feelings hurt. I thought, "Damn hppants submitted ANOTHER article and didn't tell me this time?" But I was also hopeful because I would be happy if he were getting a few things published.
