Hyperpro front and rear suspension

I have a 2003 FJR and replaced the front suspension with progressive with hyperpro springs and a rear hyperpro suspension with a spring, with remote preload, rated for 205 lb rider with 50% 2 up at 115 lb and 25% gear of 25 lb. Klaus at EMP had originally sent me the settings for the from and rear, preload, rebound etc. Unfortunately I have lost the settings and the front springs since have had the fork seals done. If anyone has tried this suspension and is similar in stature would you mind giving me a hand. I feel my suspension is definitely not where it should be and I'm certainly the brainest when it comes to the same. Sag and any other input would be helpful also.
