You need to "Open With" on the file, and then select mapsource from you list of programs.

(Unless you are kidding in which case I will STFU)

Thanks Tim. I wasn't kidding. I just had to delete an extension that it downloaded with. Besides I'm on a MacBook... a little different to work with.
