They claim to be rediverting resources to focus more on "direct "Customer" activities to ultimately add more value to Yamaha ownership and increased Customer Satisfaction."

Any bets on if there will actually be changes to the "direct Customer activities"

Ducati did the same thing this year and it doesn't seem to be affecting Checa.
