Just rode in from South Dakota, awesome place. Riding through Colorado with one He buddy,. We would like to get a few hours in on some good scenic routes. Would like to get started around 11am, and finish around 3pm.

Any ideas Denver area guys?

4 hours isn't a lot of time... Something like this maybe?

Golden Gate Canyon isn't too bad for being close to Denver, I routed you thru Crawford Gulch Rd, which I think is worth it, and has some great twisties, but it is dirt for probably 5 miles or so. Well maintained dirt and part of it is road base, if you don't want to do this, definitely ride up to were it turns to dirt and ride back down to Golden Gate Canyon and follow that thru, but I think the few miles of dirt is definitely worth it to ride the rest of the road. From there, you'll be on Peak to Peak Highway for a bit, Central City Parkway is a great, low traffic, very high speed sweeper road. From there I'd head down Chicago Creek Rd and you'll ride by Mt Evans, then in to Squaw Pass Rd, which usually has little traffic and has some great twisties, although there is some road damage on that road so pay attention. From there, follow that to Bear Creek Rd and back into Denver. I think this route probably has the best scenery and twisties to do in 4 hours from Denver.

Didn't think about that, are you starting and returning to Aurora or what is your final destination for the day? If you are heading south that opens up a whole new bag.

Well, have to return, the HD rider, is trailering his bike...the true Harley way.....

So, don't wanna go to far South. Thanks for the routes.
