July 19-22, 2012

Salida, Colorado

www.sw-fog.com

It's officially official, and HRZ doesn't have an excuse to bitch, moan, whine and cry about the dates this year. The "official" dates are July 19-22, although, I will be there starting on the 18th. Motel and group rate information can be found on the website. I rode down to check out the motel last week, and can attest to the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. Nothing fancy, but on par with the Kachina lodge last year, except cleaner.

Register on the website, call and make your reservations, and let's have fun!

P.S. Don't forget about the icon/avatar contest!

My main issue is that I want to do the IBA meet in August and possibly a little bit of Sturgis before that. I had a great time @ SW-FOG this past yr and would like to go back but I'll either need to make 3 - or at least 2 - trips out west in short succession or prioritize and trim one/two off. I could skip Sturgis and do SW-FOG, come home, do maintenance (on the bike AND mama...)then get my kitchen pass revalidated and shoot out to Denver for the IBA meet. Just dunno at the moment!

But, hell yeah, I'm all for shooting about! You got an aux tank??? I don't speed much (5-9 over usually) but do try and do the long runs. Would be 2 long days from my house to CO, so figure to get in morning/noon of the 3rd.
