I should print some of those out and throw them at people I see dump their bike at FODS. 
Check that, the thing is 71 pages long! Maybe just this one little snippet that caught my eye.
I've crashed everywhere from 90 mph all the down to a dead stop... guess that means I should just give up.

Took a little while but I got through it all. Definitely some good info.
