I will be removing my exhuast header. Will I need a new gasket or any other items once I put it back together? Can I just use the old gasket?

Thanks for the help and feedback FJR riders.

The cost of the 4 gaskets is <$20. Why even bother taking the chance of of a leak?

I removed/replaced mine without ant trouble.

If you disconnect the lower radiator mounts and hoses

you can swing the radiator out of the way.

From a lifetime of experience:

If you purchase the parts you may need and have them available, the old parts will work perfectly.

If you do not purchase the parts you may need and don't have them available, it is guaranteed that each and every one of the old parts will be destroyed in the removal process.

It was ever thus.
