Check shift detent spring... and you don't have tosplit the cases for that one.

And sometimes when you go straight to Penske, they will swap the spring as a trade like what happened to my friend. Traxxion is very good, reputable and been around a long time. They did my old GSXR.

Does it happen more often when it's warmed up? I've had fuel lines that look good when cold but when they warm up from engine heat they start to kink from any small amount of force on them. Vent hoses too. Hopefully it's something easy before throwing more $$ at it. Keep us posted.

@Klikoo: Why should you always balance tires dynamically? The factory roadrace teams use tires from B'Stone, Dunlop and Pirelli and ALL tire mfgs. balance their tires statically at Daytona. 180+mph. With no reason to cut corners at such a high speed track and all the resources to use "the best...
