When you talk of the "placement will walk" what do you mean
Just put a new tire on and have a head shake now.
Is there a certain sequence you follow putting the wheel back on.
I follower the tourque specs for all the front end bolts

Look into an Oxford - Mine is 14 yrs old over 200 000km on it and have not had one issue with it.
The magnets are still super strong and everything works great - it is dirty as can be but what the heck - fairly rain resistant too
Don't even carry the rain cover for it any more
Well I must be an odd bear out - I tried the PR2s and really did not like them, Front turned into a 3 sided POS. Low speed handling was the pits and high speed had some issues. Lasted, you bet they did. I will give them that.

Fill tank, put vice grip or something you can pinch the line gas line off with

Fir is an a great wood to use just keep it oiled or painted and build so water doesn't pool
If you are purchacing it green get it in a bundle restack and band with spacers between wood let dry for a while - 3 months should work
This will stop warping and prep the wood
Shrinkage will be close...
