On I 10 between Fort Stockton and Junction there was large police enforcement. 10 Department of Public Safety cars running radar last week . Hi way 90 theirs is very little enforcement. Fort Davis is an historical site .

Looks like several are going to El Morro national monument which was used in 2001 rally.

I agree, There was another motorcycle with a tank being held with straps also. I will leave it up to the experts though. Dave In past ironbutt rallies fuel cells held down with ratchet straps passed tech inspection . As long as the cell was secure to its mounting location.

I passed a FJR Sunday coming back from Deming he hung with us until we stopped for gas in Sonora . I was on the C14 and my buddy was on the black bird .
