Anyone know of a outlet to rent a FJR in Central Florida? Live in the Tampa Area but would be worth the trip to go to Orlando or Daytona to rent one. Would like to give one a test ride for a day or two. All I have found so far in internet searches is plenty of Harleys and BMW's for rent.

Traveling down the interstate when the bumper fell off the car in front of me. By some odd luck it didn't bounce up and I was able to run over top of it as there was no way to avoid it. Was glad to be in my truck and not on a bike.

Agree with Geezer, always thought Snell should offer better protection than just plan DOT. Now I wonder if it's time to hang the Shoei RF-1000 on the wall and get another helmet. Looks like time for a little more investigation............

I am in no hurry at this point, am in process of changing jobs hopefully by late summer. Would consider looking at used if in good shape and price is right (isn't that always the issue). Wife is not thrilled with color of 2007 model. So.......may have to go used or wait till 08
