Michelin Pilot Road 2 is the only tyre that lasts here, due to our warmer climate etc. Also, on my FJR I don't get that flat section in the middle. When my centre is gone, my sides are also gone. The sides of your tyre that shows no wear we call here "Chicken strips" :clapping:

I'm 33. When the urge to go wild gets to me, I take my R1 out of the garage. Bought the FJR for the wife to ride pillion with me, she went on three runs and lost interest. So now I have two bikes. Actually a waste of money, but what can I do. Very long long trips I take the FJR. Just playing...

I'm still a nooby here, but my opinion... I got a +4 CeeBailey screen with my bike. I'm 1.80m tall, so the screen is too high for me. When in the down position, I still look through the screen. And that is annoying! It catches me excactly where the screen makes a tilt to guide the wind higher...
