Man, I feel ya. I've never owned a bike that wasn't dinged up in the first month, though I must admit you have my record beat by a couple of weeks. But the bike is stuff. It's insured and can be repaired/replaced. But the ribs! Oouch! Get better soon.
If you were only developing a single gallon, yea. But the oil companies benefit from economies of scale, and so the per gallon rate is a bit lower than what we pay for it, otherwise they wouldn't make a profit.
So for someone like me who is not relishing the idea of doling out $1,000 for a RDL, would you say that this is a close second, or right up there with the Russell as far as comfort?

Hope everyone had a great day. The predators won and we were 8 rows off the ice, so we did.

That plays a HUGE part in my choice, which is why I have a Toyota and Honda. Oh, and a Yamaha. But that's because I have been down the "spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to just keep a car barely running" road. It sucks the big one. Now I spend all...
Yea, luckily the mirror that got scratched was already scratched from another 0MPH drop (riding just after surgery). It seems I have a habit of dropping my bike while doing things that most people wouldn't recommend. Maybe there's a moral here.
Naaah.
Well it definitely wasn't in the original plan. Every detour we took was to avoid the snow. And 3 out of 4 of us were on dual sport bikes. I just couldn't ask them to turn around just because I was on a sportier bike. I'll probably try a little harder to avoid the snow next time, but I'm...
Last weekend (10/1/2014 - 10/4/2014) three friends and I went on a little road trip. Our original plan was to head to NC and do a bunch of the Blue Ridge Parkway north toward Breaks Interstate Park in VA, then back home. Snow in the Smokies nixed the original plan, the secondary plan, and the...
