    What's your recommended single malt...

I like scotch. Tend to bring a bottle on big bike trips to share with the boyz. First ride of the year involved a bottle of Macallan 12, Montecristo's, and bringing my own glass tumbler..... :) Most recent trip involved a bottle of Glenlivet 12 and a handful of Juan Lopez & Romeo and...

Draggin' Jeans or Bohn Armored Pants?

one quick thing I just remembered about Draggin.... is that the product seemed to differ slightly in terms of kevlar coverage between ones made in the US and ones made in Oz, where the aussie ones had better coverage. I have the ones made in Oz, so can't speak for US made ones. (purchased in the...

Draggin' Jeans or Bohn Armored Pants?

I have a few draggin' jeans. I always wear some sort of wicking layer under mine, so no issues with feeling of inside of jeans. I didn't like the armor that came with it either, and I use a couple different ones instead, depending on the jeans. The regular jeans are slimmer than the cargos, so...

    Getting ready to ship her...

I left everything on, all luggage and stuffed the luggage with the bike cover, helmet and jacket (assuming i'd pick it up, which was way wrong). What I learned: - Give them the keys to all the luggage in case customs asks. I had to do a special run to give them keys to the top box. - Have to...

I just found my most favoritest dyno chart ever!

Here's my race 250. Started off the morning quite pretty. Got a bit frankenstein getting it back to race-able after a qualifying crash. We had a spare white 250, so used those fairings (and handlebars and footpegs....etc.....) BEFORE AFTER Me in the race....

I just found my most favoritest dyno chart ever!

250s are big here because that is the cut off for not having to do the semi-annual (expensive) inspection. 400s are the cut-off for the mid-bike license. Big bikes require another level of bike license, which is kind of a PITA.
