FJRForum Official 2019 Iron Butt Rally Tracking/Analysis Thread

And I think hd Steve had no penalties on leg two, he would have finished 2nd overall. Nonetheless, a great effort by all——I could never come close to what any of these riders did.

Crazy One Eyed Biker. Lost an eye three years ago this month. Rides probably 75000-80000 miles a year on Road Glides. Very neat guy, and as laid back as they come. 7th after leg one, I, like many, are hoping for a top 5 for him.

Kitty, I may very well be wrong, but I think the flags are there. Appears to be two or three couples, where there is one flag for the pair. But perhaps I am missing something at this early hour.

2009 Iron Butt Rally - Official Daily Reports

Alan Barbic's travails is just further demonstration that this is a mental challenge as much as a physical one. Alan was picked by many as a top-ten finisher. It has been a tough rally so far. Best wishes to all and get back safely. Bill Lance

Hello everyone; I come here to read a lot, but post very little. I enjoy every post, and learn from each one. Have been considering a small rally for a while, but never done it. Do you guys think the 10 hour version of THE VOID rally would be a good "first?" Thanks to all!! Bill

    Our IBR photos

North Carolina was some of the best parts of the rally for me. It sure is beautiful in your neck of the woods. We're already planning a return to re-visit some of the great places we got to stop and take a picture of! Please let me know when you guys come back this way. I would love to buy...
