One of my concerns with the '06 is all that ducting and adjustments in the plastic. My 05 had a lot of squeaks and rattles in the tupperware. I had to disassemble and apply double-sided foam tape to isolate the panels.

I purchased the Y.E.S. for $389 from D&H, the same place I purchased the bike.

I was concerned about it because at the time of my first post, I did not have the Y.E.S., and my one year warranty was within days of expiring. I now have the Y.E.S. and I am no longer worried. ;)

Update: The ticking is now audiable at idle. It used to only happen while riding, and only around 3800 rpm. Having it happen at idle certainly makes it a lot easier to perform the stethoscope test. Using a wooden dowel, I've confirmed that the noise is most audiable on headers 1 and 2. Both...
