    My hydration system

Posted this elsewhere, and thought I'd post here too, in case it would be of use to anyone. After years of using a Camelback in a small backpack for long rides in hot weather, I decided to figure something out that could be carried by the bike. The pack that started as cool and weightless in...

    Relay trigger power

I've been searching some old threads to make sure the FJR doesn't have any unused circuits (like an additional aux pigtail) already wired in to the factory loom, and didn't see any. I don't love tapping OEM wires for critical components (like lights) for aftermarket additions, so I was thinking...

Replacing rubber on OEM heated grips

Anyone ever remove the rubber from factory heated grips? It's my OCD at work, probably, but I've used Pro Grip 719's on four bikes, and I'd like to do so on my '14 FJR. Recent rider's review on the FJR1300A

Greetings! FNG here - came from a string of BMWs, and most recently a VFR1200. Signed the papers for a leftover 1300A a few days ago, and pick it up next week. Really, really excited about this bike. With two kids in college, finances dictate this will be a looooong-termer. I mulled over...
