Not a "Reuben Run" but "The Last Hurrah" - Labor Day Weekend 1-5 September 2022

I'm a last minute addition; I joined in 2019 and excited to be back for another year (RIP Ray). Are there any spots available for the dinner? Count me in if so, I'm good for the money. Attaching a photo from the ride to the 2019 Run. What a wild rainstorm that was! - Garrett

    Reuben Run #8

I'm taking all day tomorrow to ride down from Seattle to LaPine via NF-23 through Gifford Pinchot National Forest. I've never done NF-23 before, and I hear mixed reviews, so it might be an interesting time. Anyone else arriving Thursday evening?

[Seattle] Mt. Rainier on Saturday, July 22nd

Another great weekend in Seattle, I'm planning on getting a group together, leaving from the Seattle area, and riding around Mt. Rainier. This ride is a yearly tradition for me, last year I rode the loop clockwise, this year it'll be counter clockwise...

    Reuben Run 6

Called the Best Western Newberry Station tonight, and looks like they're out of rooms for Friday night, but they have 21 available for Saturday night. Is anyone willing to split the cost of a room? I'm still not completely confirmed yet, I started a new role at work and have to see what kind of...

PNW Spring Tech Meet #18 - May 13th

I thought I had RSVP'd earlier, but after double checking with the master list, turns out I had forgotten to. I'll be there, it's my 2nd tech meet, to replace both tires. I conveniently picked up a nail in the rear, and I have a 2,000mi trip coming up in 2 weeks.

    Getting the Cam Timing Right

I went to the local auto parts store (third trip in total for this valve adjustment) and picked up an inspection mirror. It helped a ton, and this time I lined up the reference points on the cam sprockets instead of pointing the holes on the cam lobes upwards and hoping for the best. Once...

    Getting the Cam Timing Right

Hey all- I recently attempted the first TBS edit: valve adjustment on my 2014 FJR. As expected, the valves were on the tighter end of the tolerance range, and one intake valve was out of spec, so I re-shimmed everything to a bit above the midpoint of clearance. That was the easy part Now...

Sound Rider Rally in the Gorge 2016

I've been there the past few years. It's always a great time with great people. I usually end up going solo since most of my riding friends have to work the weekend up in Seattle, and I've never had trouble finding other people to ride and chat with.

PNW Spring Tech Meet #16 - May 14th

Sign me up! This'll be my first tech meet since buying the FJR in October. I'll plan on doing the TBS since I'm at 12,000 miles and finally swap out the OEM tires for some PR4's (surprised the OEMs made it to 12k). Dave from Microsoft highly recommended the tech meet.
