You others, a quick check to see that the ball is indeed free is to remove the cap and just shake up and down-you can hear it rattle. If it doesn't, disassemble and find out why. Also, using brake cleaner and a wand/nozzle, spray the cleaner into the back hole on the cap. The cleaner should flow out from around the seal ring etc.</p></blockquote><p></p>
