[QUOTE="garyahouse, post: 1364528, member: 20946"] You hit the nail right on the head Larry. Edit: reminds me of the day in 6th grade when I got a new 3 speed sting ray. It was metallic gold with a banana seat and a sissy bar and ape-hanger handlebars. It even had metallic gold streamers hanging out of the handle grips. I would ride up and down the road just hoping that I'd notice anybody that stared. I was so proud of my streamers. I felt like I was 10 feet tall. Guys would ride by on lightweight 10 speed road racers and smile when they saw me. I just beamed because I knew they were talking about me and my new bike. However it never occurred to me that they just might be laughing at the kid who thought he was king of the road. But then again, I did have a good excuse. I was 10 years old.
