Track Days are a great way to improve your riding and they are a blast. Not only are you able to repeat the same curves over and over with no threat of deer, obstacles, turning cars, or law enforcement, but you also receive classroom instruction and feedback on your riding. Tony's does a great job of helping new track riders to have a great day while learning a lot. You do not need a sport bike to have fun:

Here is a link to bike preparation (It took me less that 15 minutes at the track).
