I guess I have too many questions and I apologize - I just wired a SAE pig tail to the battery and it has 18 gauge wires. Can it run my Slime air compressor that requires 15A? Yes I do have a 15A fuse on the SAE wire. I did search for the current capacity of 18 AWG for DC 12V and some tables said yes up to 20A (ex: https://www.offroaders.com/tech/12-volt-wire-gauge-amps.htm) and some said no. What's your experience? - I couldn't seem to be able to find SAE wires with wires bigger than 16 gauge anywhere? - I also couldn't seem to be able to find just the SAE connectors so I can solder my own wires? [Even each circuit of the Fuzeblock can handle only 10A. Does anybody run the Slime through the Fuzeblock without blowing a fuse?] Thanks for any pointers. mike-
