CFR Discussion Kickoff

Well, it's a go. I made my reservations this morning for CFR. (Yup, I made my reservations before posting the info. Just wanted to make sure I got the best room! heh heh heh)

I've got four different loops already in mind for rides at the rally. Everything from an easy day for sightseeing to a big-dog ride for those that want to lay down the miles.

So, Who else is in?

I am certainly interested...I will have to check my various plans for this year and see which ones I can actually do. I would be nice to meet some of the canadian brethren and see part of what your country is like. I wish I could combine this with a trip to Nova Scotia & New Brunswick...but alas this is not the year for that I am afraid. I will atleast make a good attempt to make this CFR part of my plans!!

In order to qualify for the CFR you got quite a few rodeo's to do. The Canadian Finals Rodeo just doesn't let anybody show up and ride.....

I'm sure to be there :clapping: Looking at the map it's a good days ride to get to Huntsville from Ottawa the nice way! Thats 511, 508, 65, 71, 41, 28, 514, 515, 517, 62, Peterson & 10 Elephant Lake Rd, 648, 4, 118, and Haliburton. Then I'm in terra incognita heh heh. Time for a late lunch! B)

I would be ecstatic if it were a month earlier. As it stands now I won't commit until my riding plans are firmed up; Utah, the Dakotas and whatever else strikes my fancy enroute to Nova Scotia...and if it ever stops raining there - NFLD.

I'll be following the thread regularly so don't count me out - or in - just yet.
