You could have a TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) have some bad spots on its contact area:

I also have a N102 Large but it is Rounder in shape than the N104 which is Rated SN (Slightly Narrow).
I called Nolan USA 866-243-5638 before buying and they suggested...

Also the N104 had a 360 degree gasket on the Helmet to the Faceshield...so it does a great job on keeping the water out.

Yes... and they don't get too many bugs or rain since the airflow blows them up and over.
